Qawi Flowers of Flowers Power Boxing makes another impressive comeback into the boxing limelight. Dominating Benjamin Hernandez in spectacular fashion.
Flowers dreadfully knocked down Hernandez in the third round with combinations, right-hand punches and body shots that shook the entire Parque Vicente Guerrero Arena in Baja California Mexico last August 17.
To save Hernandez from the worst, the referee Raul Pacheco needed to halt the fight. The official time of the stoppage was 2:09 seconds of round three. All the judges scored the fight 20 – 18. Flowers prevails to his fifth consecutive knockout.
“Heavy punches was landed early in the fight, which gave me more confidence on the stoppage. My game plan was executed flawlessly causing Hernandez to become confused. Hernandez was tough and aggressive, but I out smarted him and prevailed. Now I must get back in the gym, and perfect my craft to prepare for future fights. Flowers Power Boxing is back and we are looking to take things to new heights!” Said Flowers on a post fight interview.

Flowers admitted that he came to the fight well prepared. Flowers shared that he owes his striking performance in the ring to his brother/ coach Duran Flowers of Flowers Power Boxing who patiently trained him physically and mentally before the fight.
With high hopes and motivation, he is looking forward to continuously bagging more victories in the next months. Flowers has returned stronger, and will continue his journey to the world rankings.
